Over the last decade, I’ve built a career supporting senior leaders, delivering complex projects, and strengthening organisations through operational excellence — but the heart of my work has always been people.

My journey began in roles where I supported executives, teams, and customers through periods of growth and change. From there, I moved into project management and transformation delivery, working across housing, utilities, and the financial sector. Whether leading Agile sprints, managing governance, or helping CEOs stay focused on what matters most, I found my strength: turning challenges into clear, organised, achievable plans.

Along the way, I gained APM qualifications, expanded my skillset in digital transformation, data reporting, and stakeholder management, and built a reputation for being dependable, adaptable, and proactive. I thrive in roles where I can bring both structure and support — where operational detail and high-level strategy meet.
